monopo produced the recruitment website for the fashion company TOKYO BASE.

BRIEF

Staff-driven and high-impact recruitment communication

monopo took charge of the recruitment communication for TOKYO BASE, a fashion company who curates and promotes Japanese brands such as STUDIOUS and UNITED TOKYO. Their slogan is: “From Japan to The World”. We chose to create an high impact recruitment communication by celebrating the team’s passion in what is, to them, the most important elements of the company.

APPROACH

Making the Tagline of recruitment before starting the production

Before starting the web production, we created a visionary statement for the recruitment communication: “I will force the world’s eyes on you”. This has the meaning to empower everybody involved with TOKYO BASE including designers, makers and salesman and celebrating them as performers. This tagline is not only the communication concept but also the message for employees, candidates and everyone involved in TOKYO BASE’s vision.

EXECUTION

Visionary story telling website for recruitment

Following this vision, we also created the recruitment website which tells TOKYO BASE’s stories from past to future and staff stories which shows their philosophy “to respect individuals”. More than a recruitment website, this is also the opportunity to share their vision and attitude to trust employee’s power and passion.
