The team responsible for strategic planning and support at Monopo Tokyo. We design and implement internal and external communications to create an environment where members from other sections can perform at their best. Beyond client work, we energize and grow the entire company from various other areas.

WORK LOCATION

  • Tokyo Office (2-2-8 Sendagaya Shibuya-Ku, TOKYO)
  • Remote work from home is possible (we recommend coming to the office three times a week).

WORKING HOURS

  • Core hours: 12:00-17:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Flextime: 7:00-26:00
  • Working hours → Number of working days per month (weekdays) x 8 hours (excluding 1-hour lunch breaks, 160-184 hours/month)

HOLIDAYS

  • Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays
  • Average of 120 days off per year (summer vacation and year-end vacations are available)
  • Special leave (such as Golden Week leave, summer vacation, and year-end/new year holidays)
